Refund policy
Returns Policy
We offer refund or exchange on an item you've purchased from us. If a return is due to a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we’ll need to receive it back unopened and unused, in the original conditions. However, this shipment will not be covered by us.
Please contact us cs@roundlabaustralia.com within 14 days of your order date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations that refunds are not granted;
Any item with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Returns from metro areas usually arrive to us within 7 business days, and can be longer from regional or remote areas. We will process your exchange, refund within 5 business days of your return arriving back to us. We'll be in touch as soon as your return is complete.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@roundlabaustralia.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@roundlabaustralia.com and send your item to the address that we announce.
